Your job Junior Finance Administrator (Hotels)

As a Junior Finance Administrator, you will join our Hotels Team, contributing to key processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is detail-oriented. You will play a key role in supporting the Hotels department's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Review and Correction
Monitor incoming invoices from hotels to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in invoices.
Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely invoice processing.

Supplier Communication
Communicate effectively with hotels to address invoice issues and request corrections.
Maintain positive relationships with hotels.
Request missing invoices from hotels.

Your profile Your Profile:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with invoicing systems or accounting software is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
