As a Program Manager, you play a pivotal role in the successful execution and delivery of Real Estate (RE) & Facility Management (FM) and Travel transformation plans/projects.
This role requires a blend of affinity with RE, FM and Travel, project management skills, and effective communication to ensure feasible and realistic transformation plans are drafted and completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards and results.
Responsibilities:
Structure, track, and report on a variety of RE, FM, and Travel initiatives.
Support team members in these initiatives so they can focus on content and results.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in economics, RE or related field; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion, preferably in RE (related).
Strong understanding of/affinity with RE and FM related business is a pre.
Knowledge of technical concepts and technologies relevant to the project, such as actual sustainability regulations is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project & PowerPoint, to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate project status.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive project success.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
