About Pasqal
PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.
Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs.
In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.

As product manager, you will shape the future of our open-source Qadence quantum computing SDK and the surrounding ecosystem. Qadence allows one to develop quantum programs by combining both digital and analog computing while targeting execution on Pasqal's unique QPU technology. Furthermore, it supports differentiability by integrating standard ML frameworks to explore the active field of Quantum Machine Learning.
With Qadence being used to support both Pasqal's internal research activities and the external quantum community at large, your prioritization skills will be tested. You will represent our internal and external users, create alignment between stakeholders, and take the lead in implementing product management processes to ensure a smooth operation of the development within and across the involved development teams. By defining a clear product vision and roadmap, you will be able to make a positive impact on the overall company product quality.
You will be joining a dynamic team of product managers led by the VP product, who reports directly to the co-CEO of the company. You will also collaborate closely with our quantum libraries team of which the Qadence developers are members.
Your missions and responsibilities will include:
Owner of the Qadence product vision and roadmap
Discovery of user needs
Create alignment between stakeholders on the roadmap
Define clear interfaces with other components of the software stack
Contribute to the creation of a coherent software stack
Execution of roadmap and prioritization of development tasks
Implementation of product management processes
Provide context and guidance, empower your team to have impactful results
Ensure creation of proper documentation
About you
Hard skills:
MSc in physics, computer engineering or related field.
• 3 years product management experience
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies to improve cross-team collaboration and product delivery
Experience with open-source software is a big plus
Experience in quantum computing is a big plus.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication skills
Professional proficiency in English (Proficiency in French is a bonus)
Team player, versatile, organized, pro-active, autonomous and creative
