We are looking for an F&B Supervisor with a natural hospitable approach and knows how to exceed guest expectations.
You are responsible for managing all the activities in the Grand Café Krasnapolsky.
In this position, you will manage the F&B team together with your colleague supervisors and the Restaurant Manager.
You will ensure a smooth and efficient run of the daily operation and make sure that every guest experiences 'Authentic Luxury'.
Additionally, you will provide guidance, training, and the right examples to motivate the team.
Qualifications Experience in F&B departments;
Natural leader and experienced in leading a team;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Hands-on mentality and a stress-resistant approach;
Excellent communication skills, good command of English.
Dutch is a plus and preferably you also speak a second foreign language.
