The team You are an integral member of the Amsterdam BD&M department, consisting of a team of 13 people, that works proactively alongside our lawyers and notaries on all aspects of Business Development (BD), Marketing, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Communications, and Events.
It is an enthusiastic, social and driven team which cooperates closely with other business services teams in Amsterdam and with BD & Marketing colleagues across our network.
Your role In this role you will support the Amsterdam BD & Marketing department and will play a key role in ensuring we move forward and achieve our strategic priorities.
Your core activities and responsibilities are:

Commercial support:
Our firm has ambitious commercial goals and you will help us achieve these! You will plan various internal and external meetings and help prepare for them.
Business intelligence:
You support the team by drawing up weekly overviews of commercial activities, events and important client and sector developments.
External Comms:
You will contribute to sending publications and international campaigns, support our social media team and help with the production of brochures, posters, stationary and flyers.
Internal Comms:
You are aware of the latest news within the office and publish news items on our brand new intranet and the various screens within the office.
Events:
Support our events team with the preparation, logistics and execution of over 200 seminars, webinars and social events that the team organizes every year.
Client hospitality:
Coordination of ticketing and communications.
Budget and contract management:
Ensure as a team we stick to budget by managing invoices and monitoring overruns and large differences.
Agenda management for the Amsterdam BD&M Head.
Your profile An enthusiastic, creative and ambitious self-starter that enjoys working in a dynamic environment with an ambitious team.
Proactive and accurate, with a commitment to getting the job done, ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work well under pressure, excellent attention to detail and a team player.
Affinity and strong experience with systems and digital solutions (MS Office, SharePoint, Content Management Systems and other online tools).
You have excellent communication skills and are proficient in written and spoken Dutch and English.
At least a MBO working and thinking level and over 3 years of experience.
