FunctieJij krijgt de mogelijkheid om onder direct leiding van de directeur projectontwikkeling het gehele proces van een projectontwikkelaar te leren kennen en eigen te maken.
Jouw initiatiefrijke en zelfstandige instelling, inzicht in mogelijkheden maakt dat jij werkzaamheden al snel volledig op eigen kracht uitvoert.
Enkele taken waar je als Projectontwikkelaar Junior verantwoordelijk voor bent zijn:
• Zorg dragen voor visievorming en advisering omtrent haalbaarheid en kansen
• Verzorgen van offerte-aanvragen, bespreken aanbiedingen en deze vastleggen (contractvorming) binnen het budget
• Begeleiden van kopers tot het einde van de garantieperiode
• Coördinerende en leidende rol tussen alle betrokken partijen zoals adviseurs, overheden, architect, projectleider en kopers
• Bemiddelen met overheden, bewoners in geval van misstanden
• Zorg dragen voor informatievoorziening naar alle betrokken partijen gedurende ontwikkelingsproces
Profiel en vaardighedenAls Projectontwikkelaar Junior bezit je onder andere de volgende competenties:
• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde, Vastgoedkunde of Technische Bedrijfskunde.
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een ontwikkelend aannemer
• Kennis van de vastgoedmarkt en relevante wetgeving (bouwbesluit, WRO, etc.)
• Je bent resultaatgericht en sterk in het bouwen en onderhouden van relaties
• Je hebt passie voor het vak
