Als Werkvoorbereider heb je een belangrijke rol tijdens de start van projecten, want zonder een goede voorbereiding kunnen projecten niet goed worden uitgevoerd. Als Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van een heldere, haalbare planning waarbij je rekening houdt met het budget en de behoeften van de klant. Binnen de rol van Werkvoorbereider heb je nauw contact met verschillende betrokkenen en werk je tegelijkertijd aan verschillende projecten. Projecten binnen deze organisatie variëren van schilderwerk, tot het vervangen en plaatsen van glas, kozijnen, deuren en ramen tot aan het herstellen van voegwerk en het aanpakken van de schil van een woning. Kortom, genoeg variatie en verantwoordelijkheid!

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau met een afgeronde bouwtechnische opleiding;
