Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, a vibrant and colourful hotel featuring 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms , conveniently located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable for both guests and team members by car and public transport . The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino, Restaurant Azura, World or Karaoke and LimeHome apartments. Essential ingredients:

Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays with focus on the mornings (able to start at 06:00 A.M.);

Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and overseeing the breakfast team to ensure smooth service
Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management
Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment
