Senior Recruitment Consultant at Technical Global Solutions Salary: €140,000 + €9000 a year living allowance + €2000 Relocation Fee + Accommodation
Monday - Friday on site (24 Month FTC)
25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Private Health Care + Pension + Life insurance 4x salary if married, 2x if single
As a Commissioning Manager, you will collaborate with a team of highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate professionals, fostering a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. Key Responsibilities:
Attend key meetings to monitor project progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections to oversee QA/QC and the commissioning process.
Continuously review best practices to identify and implement quality and cost-effective solutions.
Develop and implement the commissioning strategy and procedures, engaging all stakeholders across various areas.
Drive the commissioning process for the project, ensuring scope and schedule alignment.
Communicate updates on project scope, schedule, and budget to key stakeholders and management.
Oversee vendor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Facilitate meetings and activities with vendor project managers.
Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies between stakeholders to achieve excellent project outcomes.
Identify and address potential issues proactively, collaborating with the team to resolve them efficiently.
Oversee and manage client-appointed commissioning teams.
Work independently to support the Data Centre Commissioning Program.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and critical mechanical systems.
Proven ability to develop detailed commissioning scripts.
Experience in project management for Data Centre projects.
A degree or equivalent experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both team members and clients, fostering collaboration, openness, and a sense of fun.
