About Your Role

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Application Management, you will be the technical backbone for our EVA platform in client environments. Collaborating with our clients and internal teams, you will ensure that the EVA platform operates efficiently, supports retail business processes, and evolves with the clients' needs.

Application Monitoring & Maintenance

• Perform daily health checks using dashboards and reporting tools to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Proactively monitor application processes and resolve any flagged issues.

Configuration & Change Management

• Manage configuration requests and changes across DTAP environments (Development, Testing, Acceptance, Production).
• Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.

Technical Support

• Provide second-line support for escalated technical issues.
• Assist internal support teams with complex tickets.
• Conduct system checks, monitoring, and reporting.

Stakeholder Interaction

• Share updates and performance metrics with clients and internal teams.
• Onboard and customize client applications, customizing configurations to meet client needs.
• Support project transitions and optimize retail processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.

Business Support

• Work with Business Analysts to develop and test scenarios.
• Ensure EVA configurations meet business and client requirements.

Access Management & Improvements

• Manage user access rights to ensure security compliance and proper permissions for users.
• Identify and implement application optimizations to enhance user experience.

What Are We Looking For?

Experience and Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in application management or support roles.
• Technical expertise, especially with SaaS applications, and API web services.
• Strong understanding of retail business and logistical processes.
• High-level analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.

Personal Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency, both written and spoken).
• Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused attitude.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
