Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with Microsoft CSP partners to engage with end-users and identify opportunities for upselling. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Microsoft CSP partners to develop and execute strategies for engaging with end-users.
Identify and analyze potential upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and end-users.
Present and demonstrate Microsoft solutions to end-users, highlighting the benefits and potential for upsell.
Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good command of Dutch and French
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and CSP program.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cloud services and digital transformation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security solutions.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
