Responsibilities
Oversee the management of application maintenance services (AMS) for SAP systems, ensuring the seamless execution of incident, problem, and change management processes, as well as small-scale projects.
Act as the primary liaison between client IT and business leads, holding weekly touchpoints to align on priorities and progress.
Be the go-to escalation contact to address critical issues, prioritize actions, and provide focused resolutions.
Ensure all tickets are resolved on time, service requests are delivered as scheduled, and overall performance metrics are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with offshore project managers to review team deliverables and maintain alignment with expectations.
Facilitate communication between users and IT teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Support the identification and documentation of specific requirements in the SAP domain when needed.
Profile
Proven expertise in service delivery management, particularly in SAP application maintenance and support.
Fluency in French and English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
Experience in coordinating and guiding distributed teams, including offshore resources.
A solid understanding of SAP systems and related modules to support operational and business requirements.
