Senior IT Business Analyst - FR / EN

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Senior IT Businesss Analyst speaking French and English.

Your main responsibilities

Develop a robust Ut specification framework for data flows from acquisition to dissemination

Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their processes and requirements

Document current processes and models (Using BPMN and Gsbpm) to understand inefficiencies or gaps

Coach business teams members in the effective use of the specification framework, with an emphasis on clarity and consistency

Ensure that the analyses produced are compatible with Agile methodologies and enable iterative and incremental delivery

Your profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

Fluent in French and English

Business Analysis certification is a must

Professional certification in agile methodologies is a must

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target ooutcomes

In-depth knowledge of data flows, from acquisition to dissemination

Exeptional coaching and communication skills to work effectively with business and IT teams

Ability to translate business needs to clear and concise funtional/technical specifications
