We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst speaking French and English.
Your main responsibilities
Assess requirements for new projects and define specifications related to data and business processes
Contribute to the implementation of projects focusing on areas such as reporting, data governance, data warehousing, Business Intelligence, and process automation
Collaborate with the Data Manager, ISO, and DPO functions to define and enforce specific security and privacy requirements for data assets, considering data privacy regulations such as GDPR and sector-specific banking regulations
Enhance the visibility of the business architecture landscape through enterprise data modeling
Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives at the bank-wide level
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
You hold a Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or in IT
Fluent in English and French
Technical skills
Familiar with GDPR regulations
Knowledge of Data Governance concepts (data catalog, metadata management)
Experience in using Data Warehousing technologies (e. g. , Snowflake, Redshift, Teradata, BigQuery)
Good understanding of banking business processes
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Proactive, eager to learn and grow
Team player able to coach colleagues and share his knowledge
Good organisation, multitasking and prioritization skills
