On recherche un(e) stagiaire en développement web pour travailler sur le développement d'un module CRM super utile. Tu es partant(e)?
Ce projet est totalement nouveau et demandé par notre équipe sourcing.
L'idée ? Ce serait de créer une solution capable de trouver en un clic les CV qui correspondent exactement à des critères de recherche prédéfinis, et bien plus encore .
Tu toucheras à tout, du frontend au backend, avec des technos comme HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python et les API REST, un vrai dev Full Stack!
En plus, tu seras épaulé(e) par notre CTO et une équipe de développeurs seniors qui sont là pour t'aider à réussir au mieux ta mission.
Ce projet a pour but d'aider nos recruteurs à accéder facilement aux meilleurs profils, et c'est grâce à ton travail que cela sera possible.
Ce qu'on attend d'un développeur web
Concevoir des bases de données solides comme un RO
Comprendre le fonctionnement de notre outil RH pour en extraire les données essentielles et créer un nouveau module RH
Tu feras évidemment du développement web, du frontend et du backend (après tout c'est le but de ce stage !)
Tu devras également intégrer le processus RGPD dans la solution (consentement, droit de correction, droit à l'oubli. )
Tu découvriras (ou renforceras tes acquis si tu es déjà familier) comment une équipe de développeurs travaille en mode Agile
Bien entendu, on te laissera de l'autonomie, mais tu ne seras jamais seul(e)

Tu es curieux(se) et passionné(e) par le développement web, et tu veux toujours en savoir plus
Tu aimes les challenges et partager tes idées ne te fait pas peur
Tu es en dernière année de cursus en IT
Tu parles français and you can switch in English when it's necessary
