We're looking for a Microsoft / VMware infrastructure administrator to join our team and take part in various projects for one of our customers in the banking sector.
CONDITIONS:
Contract Type: CDI (permanent contract) or freelance
Work contract: 4/5
Work Location: 100% on-site
MISSIONS:
Oversee the management, monitoring, and upkeep of Microsoft infrastructures, leveraging tools such as SCOM, OneView, Splunk, and SCCM.
Provide support to the Windows Server team in the installation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Microsoft Windowsservers.
Take charge of managing Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), ADFS, and Certificate Authorityconfigurations.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange in an on-premises environment.
Handle backup operations and collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to the infrastructure.
Apply your expertise to improve and optimize VMware environments.
Leverage your PowerShell scripting skills to automate processes and increase operational efficiency.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience as a Microsoft / VMware Administrator.
You possess strong expertise with the following tools: Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft SCOM, VMware, and Windows Servers.
You have advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience in this area.
You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You have excellent analytical, anticipatory, and communication skills.
You are capable of adapting to the procedures and deployment standards in place.
You are fluent in both French and English.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Technical tests and/or interview with our CTO.
Proposal of your application to the client.
Final interview with the client, which can be conducted either by video or in person.
