The Role:

The main goal for this position is to play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Your expertise lies in analysing performance data, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:

Continuously assess the organization's business performance.
Measure and analyse relevant metrics to track progress.
Provide insightful commentary to add analytical value to performance data.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant business schemes.
Undertake detailed analysis to identify trends and issues.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Investigate performance anomalies and deviations.
Identify underlying causes (e.g., process inefficiencies, resource constraints).
Propose actionable solutions to address performance gaps.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards.
Visualize key metrics for easy interpretation.
Regularly share performance insights with stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate regular meetings to discuss performance metrics.
Present insights and share data-driven insights with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate on action plans to address performance gaps and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
Other Information:

2-3 years of required experience based on progression ladder in a similar or related function.
Extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of B2B customer needs.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
