Extensive conference and banqueting facilities are available, including the Badriah ballroom.

About the job:

An exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Executive Team Leader role has arisen to join the front office team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, Kuwait.

Your main duties will include:

Guest Services:

Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.

Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.

Team Supervision:

Lead, train, and supervise front office staff.

Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters.

Conduct regular briefings and meetings to communicate updates and procedures.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk to ensure smooth functioning.

Monitor and maintain front office supplies and equipment.

Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Manage the front office budget and control expenses.

Coordination:

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service.

Assist in managing room inventory and availability.

Handle special requests and VIP arrangements.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Prepare reports and analyze front office performance metrics.

Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

About you:

Should have 2-year minimum experience in the same role in a five-star hotel.

Able to handle multiple tasks.

Work in a multicultural environment.

Proficiency in spoken and written business English.

Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
