Responsibilities:
Develop marketing plans, launch plans, and annual operating plans.
Develop weekly and monthly sales brand analysis.
Pre and post analysis of launches and campaigns, along with monthly marketing analysis of own brands and competitors (SWOT analysis).
Day-to-day dealings with advertising agencies and advertising brief development.
Collaborate with research agencies.
Develop activity calendars and related media plans.
Budget allocation and monthly tracking.
Conduct weekly store checks (including competition) and develop LSM plans when needed.
