Coordinator is responsible for handling the orders, the routing, the returns, the re-scheduling, the cancellation, the complaints, and the refunds to customers. He/she is also responsible for coordinating some activities with the OPA (Order Processing Agents), the Showroom Storekeepers, and laborers. He is responsible for the dispatch with internal teams and 3rd parties.
Occasionally, the Coordinator can act as Order Processing Agent invoicing the orders received by customers.
The coordinator serves as the point of contact between the customer and various departments for correspondence related to the above.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process the deliveries, customer complaints, customer returns & order cancellation requests in multiple systems.
Ensure accuracy & correctness of information while processing any documents and/or updates in the systems.
Print system documents related to each order and customer complaints.
Manage correspondence with various departments for order fulfillment, customer complaints, and returns.
Point of contact between customers and various departments for correspondence related to orders, customer complaints, and returns.
Log information in systems regularly with necessary updates related to orders, deliveries, customer complaints, order cancellation, and returns.
Establish correspondence with the customer via email in order to follow-up, inquire, and update about information related to orders & customer complaints.
Plan work effectively to fulfill the responsibilities on time and without delay.
Handle customer complaints and resolve them within identified Company's KPI.
Help the Showroom Storekeepers in handing over cash on a daily basis and support the preparation of related documents.
Send daily performance reports for orders dispatched, cancelled, pending, and not dispatched.
Follow up with the 3rd party delivery agents through calls and the tracking system.
Resolve the picking in short cases, after informing the Call center throughout SAP QM based processes, by putting all the required information in the SAP QM ticket.
Check Payment on Delivery Outstanding-ageing list received by Finance Colleagues.
Coordinate and support local and central colleagues in sending Email to vendors for any stock at vendor case on a daily basis and support Showrooms Storekeepers to arrange picking and delivery for the same.
Process Order Cancellation and Returns.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

2 to 4 years' experience in similar roles.
Fluent in writing and communication skills, English and Arabic (Arabic is a must).
Ability to track competition moves, promotions, product highlights and plan proactively on promotion and visibility.
Good product knowledge with a passion to get into details about every product and bring out the best.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to stretch limits.
