Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high quality Italian cuisine dishes according to the restaurant's recipes Supervise and coordinate activities of the assigned station in the kitchen Assist in the development and creation of new dishes and menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve culinary excellence Skills Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant position in Italian cuisine Strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation Valid food handling certificate Desired Experience:
5-10 years of experience working in Italian restaurants or similar establishments Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional dishes consistently Experience in menu development and costing
