Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar founded in 1937, is a leading business house in the Arabian Gulf with a vision to become the number one provider of customer value in construction equipment, energy and transportation, and materials handling industry.

Job Overview
The purpose of the role is to maintain the brand image of Al-Bahar from all perspectives and maintain consistency across the branch and period. Take corrective action to uphold brand integrity with no compromise at its best standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the Brand Compliance of:
Overall facility and signage across the designated location.
Any branding material with dealer logo across company facilities and all company vehicles.
Equipment and tools of technicians.
Maintain the look and feel of all company vehicles and the Consistency of the vehicle branding.
Perform retail branch assessment and overall branch brand audit and prepare the audit finding report.
Propose corrective actions and measures to maintain the company brand and to protect the brand advocacy.
Conduct and analyses competitive Benchmarking for Sales and Aftermarket departments.
Product brand & Al-Bahar image
Promote and conduct business professionally in order to protect the integrity of Caterpillar brand and Al-Bahar image.
Company policies & procedures
Ensure all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant standing instructions and other company policies.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
QHSE policy & procedures
Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance to HSE policy to maintain a hazard and incident free environment.
Qualification and Experience:
Must have a university degree preferably in Communications.
3 to 5 years in Branding, Designing, Brand Advocacy.
Strong creative and analytical skills and quantitative analysis capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & with pleasing personality.
Good Presentation Skills.
Experience in photo and video shooting.
