CAPO CANTIERE ITALIA
Il/la candidato/a, che risponderà
direttamente al Direttore Tecnico, si occuperà della conduzione e gestione dei
cantieri sia per opere pubbliche che private, dislocati in tutta Italia, nel
settore delle fondazioni.
Mansioni principali:
• Sovrintendere
all'organizzazione del cantiere, coordinando il personale e le attrezzature
necessarie
• Monitorare il
corretto svolgimento dei lavori nel rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e delle norme
di sicurezza
• Gestire la
contabilità di cantiere definendo i costi e verificando l'avanzamento economico
e tecnico delle opere
• Risolvere eventuali
difficoltà tecniche/organizzative insorte durante le lavorazioni
• Garantire l'impiego
corretto delle tecniche specifiche del settore delle fondazioni, inclusi micropali
e perforazioni
• Vigilare sul buon
funzionamento delle attrezzature e sull'approvvigionamento puntuale dei
materiali
Per questa posizione cerchiamo un/a
diplomato/a ad indirizzo tecnico oppure laureato/a in Ingegneria
Civile/Edile/Gestionale che abbia maturato un'esperienza significativa nella
mansione nel settore delle fondazioni speciali.
Disponibilità a trasferte settimanali o
bisettimanali su tutto il territorio nazionale e, occasionalmente, nel Nord
Europa per il circa il 90% del tempo.
Si offre assunzione a tempo indeterminato,
pacchetto retributivo composto da una RAL attorno ai 45k + trasferte + auto
