Per nostro cliente, realtà di produzione in fase di forte crescita sul mercato, siamo alla ricerca di un Procurement Manager da inserire in organico.
La risorsa selezionata, a diretto riporto della Direzione Aziendale, si occuperà di:
Gestione e ottimizzazione del processo di acquisto:
Pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare tutte le attività relative all'approvvigionamento di beni e servizi.
Selezione e gestione fornitori:
Identificare e valutare nuovi fornitori, negoziare contratti, monitorare le performance e gestire i rapporti con i fornitori esistenti.
Gestione delle scorte e approvvigionamenti:
Assicurare il corretto livello di scorte per evitare interruzioni nella produzione, ottimizzare i tempi di approvvigionamento e la gestione delle scorte.
Controllo costi:
Monitorare e ottimizzare i costi legati agli acquisti, implementando strategie di acquisto mirate per ridurre i costi senza compromettere la qualità e i tempi di consegna.
Gestione documentale e compliance:
Garantire che tutti i contratti e gli acquisti siano conformi alle normative aziendali, legali e ambientali.
Analisi di mercato:
Monitorare tendenze, cambiamenti dei prezzi delle materie prime e innovazioni nel mercato, al fine di ottenere il miglior valore possibile per l'azienda.
Gestione team e sviluppo risorse:
Supervisione e formazione del team di acquisti, assicurandosi che i membri siano allineati agli obiettivi aziendali e alle migliori pratiche di approvvigionamento.
Requisiti:
Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o Laurea Tecnica. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Procurement Manager preferibilmente in ambito Metalmeccanico. Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di un team di lavoro. Conoscenza della contrattualistica. Completano il profilo competenze nella negoziazione, ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
