Disponibilità full time (40 ore settimanali).
Capacità di gestione del magazzino e degli ordini.
Esperienza nel coordinamento di personale, anche non qualificato.
Il nostro team comprende una Chef, un aiuto cucina, un* chef de Partie in uscita (che sarà sostituito dal nuovo inserimento), e personale occasionale nei picchi di stagione che necessitano di essere coordinati e seguiti.
È fondamentale che il/la candidato/a abbia già maturato esperienze di coordinamento di personale, preferibilmente in contesti dinamici e con team anche non altamente qualificati.
Flessibilità oraria.
Lavorerai in un contesto di catering e banqueting che offre unesperienza unica: ogni evento è diverso dal precedente, con numeriche di clientela variabili e location sempre nuove.
È un ambiente che stimola continuamente, ricco di sfide e opportunità per imparare e crescere, ma che richiede anche una grande capacità fisica, emotiva e psicologica.
La banchettistica non è mai ripetitiva e ti mette alla prova, perché pianificare e gestire produzioni su larga scala in tempi rapidi può essere estremamente dispendioso.
Questo lavoro è adatto a chi vive la cucina come una vera passione, a chi cerca la gratificazione di creare qualcosa di straordinario anche sotto pressione e non teme di affrontare un ritmo intenso, soprattutto nei periodi di alta stagione.
Cosa offriamo: Vitto (1 pasto al giorno incluso) e alloggio a tariffa agevolata: sarà messa a disposizione una stanza singola in appartamento condiviso con altri membri del team, a pochi passi dalla sede di lavoro.
Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato, in base alle performance e alle esigenze aziendali.
