INFERMIERE/A TITOLARE DI P.IVA (PART-TIME) PUGLIA province Barletta, Andria e Trani, Puglia Potrai portare il tuo valore aggiunto in progetti di assistenza infermieristica che richiedono importanti doti tecniche, relazionali ed educative.
Potrai prendere parte a progetti di carattere educativo-formativo per il paziente finalizzati a promuoverne l'autonomia nella somministrazione di farmaci con medical device elettronici e meccanici.
Tutte le attivita sono finalizzate a garantire un supporto personalizzato che possa favorire una migliore qualita della vita e di cura e potranno essere svolte presso il domicilio del paziente o presso il Centro ospedaliero di riferimento.
I progetti sono rivolti a collaboratori in partita iva che parteciperanno ad una formazione specifica e strutturata per l'attivita.
Potranno essere presi in carico contemporaneamente piu pazienti, in base alle esigenze previste dai progetti.
Responsabilita:
Necessari i seguenti requisiti:
- Automuniti - Disponibilita a spostamenti territoriali preferibilmente a carattere regionale - Laurea in Scienze Infermieristiche - Essere regolarmente iscritti a FNOPI - Essere titolari di P.IVA Requisito essenziale e' la motivazione del professionista a collaborare con serieta e competenza per garantire la qualita nelle cure di pazienti affetti da diverse patologie.

L'infermiere potra organizzare autonomamente l'attivita sul territorio, in accordo con i medici di riferimento per i diversi progetti e gli indicatori di performance che saranno riportati nel contratto di collaborazione.
