Support the management of EHS compliance requirements for the Rieti site. Ensure process and construction safety requirements for the Rieti site. Key Responsibilities:

Governance of contractor companies entering the site with technical professional requirements from D.lgs. 81/2008 and control of site construction in title IV Dlgs.81.
Control of documentation for contractor companies entering the site, supporting Site Supervisors in the execution of safe work, and verifying the suitability of activities based on the received documentation.
Training and information on procedures for contractor companies and revision of safety plans and coordination of construction present on site.
Redaction of safety analysis for new processes and plants (HaZop analysis, Zurich Analysis, etc.) and follow-up of actions defined with process project managers.
Promotion of the EHS by Design program, supporting the Engineering Department in implementing Project Management of specific improvement projects in the EHS area.
Management of documentation and legal compliance in the field of fire prevention and explosion risks for the site.
Preparation and implementation of training plans in the field of safety and environment in accordance with legislative requirements and company needs, particularly regarding fire prevention and explosion risks and ATEX classification of working environments.
Issuance of training on Environment, Health, and Safety procedures valid in the Rieti plant.
Management of the Near Miss and EHS event registration and reporting system and the Beacon system for EHS incident management.
Root cause investigation and analysis of events with identification of at-risk areas and frequent root causes and identification of improvement plans.
Update of Department SOPs in collaboration with colleagues on new legislative requirements or GOP dispositions.
Conduction of Gemba and EHS inspections to verify that all safety measures are applied and functioning correctly, proposing any necessary improvement actions and defining the relative CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) to be implemented in the site and within the construction sites present in the site.
Management of safety devices for work at height and explosive control when required in site maintenance activities.
Collaboration for the definition and planning of actions for the maintenance of certification according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Dimensions and Aspects:

Technical/functional experience:
Experience gained in EHS management and control of aspects and thematic topics; preferential experience as RSPP.
Necessary knowledge of technical regulations in the EHS area and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011 standards.
Experience in process safety (HazOp analysis and other risk analysis), fire prevention (knowledge of regulations), and ATEX regulations (environment classification and documentation on protection against explosions).

Education and Competences:

Bachelor's degree in "Discipline Tecnico Scientifiche", preferably Engineering.
Preferably hold an ASPP or RSPP certification.
Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
Discreet knowledge of IT systems.
Discreet written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
