Job Summary: Lead the EMEA Sales Team for Product Inspection, driving growth and profitability, building customer relationships, and meeting sales and profit targets.
In the Chemical Analysis Division, we provide analytical instruments and services to various end-user markets. Our instruments adapt to challenging environments, allowing customers to make decisions and simplify their businesses. As the EMEA Sales Manager for Product Inspection, you will play a key role in our sales and commercial activities.
Your responsibilities will include leading the sales team, meeting regional order-booking and revenue targets, defining strategies, and implementing an annual regional business plan. You will also participate in project teams, resolve problem customer accounts, and apply the CRM system to effectively handle the business pipeline and activities.
Requirements:
• Technical/Scientist background with broad equipment experience
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently with initiative and sound business judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Italian and English, with additional languages (German and Spanish) a plus
• Conflict resolution and mentor/counseling abilities
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
Travel Requirement:
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories and to headquarters, up to 50% of the time.
