IT Technical Analyst

Job Location: Liscate (MI) or Settala (MI) with possibility of smart working

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements for the design and implementation of IT solutions.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that solutions are developed in accordance with defined requirements.
• Perform testing and validation activities to ensure that implemented solutions meet user needs.
• Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage documentation of requirements, technical specifications, and implemented solutions.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in project review and update meetings, ensuring that all interested parties are informed of the project's progress.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Technical Functional Analyst, preferably in complex IT contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of requirement analysis methodologies and business process modeling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Experience with testing and validation tools and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Technical programming skills, preferably previous experience.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
