Siamo alla ricerca, per ampliamento dell'organico in diverse unità produttiva, di:
OPERATORI PER MACCHINE A CNC
L'azienda è in espansione e cerchiamo persone dinamiche e ambiziose che si prendano la responsabilità di potenziare i vari reparti rispondendo direttamente al responsabile di reparto e di stabilimento.
In particolare, le attività da svolgere comprendono:
Attrezzaggio macchina;
Conduzione e controllo macchinario;
Lavorazione macchina;
Controllo qualità pezzo prodotto.
Requisiti necessari:
Disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni di 8h ciascuno;
Conoscenza di base nella lettura di disegni tecnici;
Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
Buona manualità.
Requisiti facoltativi:
Conoscenza dei macchinari del settore legno (Biesse, Homag, ecc.);
Qualifica o diploma ad indirizzo tecnico/meccanico.
Requisiti esperienziali:
Maturata esperienza all'interno di contesti produttivi nel settore legno (ma si considerano anche altri settori);
La figura che cerchiamo possiede: ottime qualità relazionali, abitudine a mettere in discussione le proprie idee per la ricerca del miglioramento, capacità di leadership collaborativa e capacità organizzative.
