inserimento diretto a tempo determinato o indeterminato CCNL gomma plastica, RAL circa 37 K (da valutare in base all'esperienza); significativo contributo affitto in caso di trasferimento da fuori provincia di Sondrio ; formazione continua su nuove tecnologie; possibilità di crescita interna.

Responsibilities Il manutentore elettromeccanico che stiamo cercando si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Manutenzione preventiva e correttiva :
effettuare interventi di manutenzione programmata su macchinari e linee di produzione; svolgere controlli regolari per monitorare l'usura e prevenire guasti.
Diagnostica e riparazione :
analizzare le cause di guasti e anomalie (meccaniche, elettriche, pneumatiche e idrauliche) tramite strumenti diagnostici avanzati; riparare e/o sostituire componenti danneggiati minimizzando i tempi di fermo macchina.
Ottimizzazione e miglioramento continuo :
proporre soluzioni innovative per il miglioramento delle prestazioni dei macchinari; contribuire all'implementazione di nuovi macchinari o tecnologie.
Sicurezza e conformità normativa :
operare nel rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza e ambiente; partecipare ad audit interni ed esterni legati alla manutenzione.
Documentazione :
compilare report di intervento dettagliati e segnalare eventuali criticità tecniche.
Your Profile Il manutentore elettromeccanico che stiamo cercando dovrà essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Preferibile Diploma tecnico o laurea breve in Meccanica, Elettronica, Elettrotecnica o discipline affini; Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di manutentore industriale in contesti strutturati; Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi tecnici, disegni meccanici ed elettrici; Familiarità con il funzionamento di macchinari automatizzati e sistemi di controllo PLC.
Saranno considerati un plus:
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti diagnostici (oscilloscopi, multimetri, termocamere, ecc.); Conoscenza di base di impianti robotizzati e sistemi di automazione industriale; Certificazioni specifiche (es.
abilitazione PES/PAV, corsi su macchine CNC o PLC).
