Si prevede inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato, smart working 2 giorni a settimana, 8 ore di lavoro nella finestra 8-19, ral di sicuro interesse, proporzionata all'esperienza (fino a 40k).
La risorsa si occuperà di:
Amministrazione e gestione di sistemi operativi Windows Server.
Configurazione e manutenzione di piattaforme Cloud Microsoft, come Azure e tutta la suite 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Copilot), le principali funzionalità di Azure (Purview, Enterprise Application, Conditional Access, Amministrazione Ruoli e Subscription, Amministrazione Macchine Virtuali, Cost Management).
Capacità di eseguire analisi di performance.
Ottima conoscenza dei concetti fondamentali legati ai sistemi di posta elettronica con pregressa esperienza su Microsoft Exchange e soluzione di antispam/mail gateway.
Monitoraggio e risoluzione di problematiche relative alle piattaforme Microsoft e dei principali ruoli di Windows Server (FS, NPS, DHCP, DNS, CLUSTER, NLB, IIS).
Buona conoscenza di SQL Server per attività di installazione, configurazione, profilazione.
Aggiornamento e ottimizzazione delle piattaforme Microsoft in base alle best practice.
Ottima conoscenza di Group Policy, gestione permission NTFS.
Buona conoscenza dei concetti di sicurezza sugli ambienti su cui si opera.
Capacità di relazione con il cliente e orientamento al successo.
Gestione dei processi secondo il modello ITIL.
Esperienza nella documentazione e automazione dei processi mediante PowerShell o Python.
Conoscenza di soluzioni di Endpoint Management come Intune, SCCM, Tanium, MDT, Workspace One.
Gradita conoscenza di software di terze parti utili a facilitare, automatizzare, standardizzare, velocizzare task ricorrenti.
