Posizione La persona ricercata, appassionata di marketing digitale e con forti competenze nell'analisi di dati, sarà inserita all'interno del Team Marketing di Gruppo a Milano, e svolgerà le seguenti attività in collaborazione con le altre persone del Team e con il Direttore Marketing:
Implementazione di sistemi di tracciamento evoluti per l'analisi dei siti web
Analisi e interpretazione dei dati dei canali digitali in ottica di una costante ottimizzazione del processo di conversione e di una efficiente e completa raccolta dei dati
Creazione e gestione di dashboard per il monitoraggio dei KPI
Manutenzione dell'attuale reportistica e ricerca di nuove metodologie di ottimizzazione
Realizzazione di nuove strategie per l'evoluzione, l'integrazione e l'automatizzazione dei prodotti e dei canali digitali
Requisiti - 1 anno di esperienza in ruolo analogo in agenzia di marketing digitale o in azienda/start-up nativa digitale
• Laurea triennale, magistrale o master, in Economia, Marketing o discipline statistico-matematiche
• Ottima conoscenza di Google Analytics 4 e Google Tag Manager
• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel
• Conoscenza di strumenti di data visualization (come Looker Studio o Tableau)
• Buone capacità comunicative e di sintesi, parlate e scritte
• Autonomia nell'organizzazione del lavoro
• Predisposizione al lavoro in team
• Intraprendenza nel proporre e adottare soluzioni innovative o di maggiore efficienza rispetto alle attuali implementazioni
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Requisiti che saranno considerati un plus:
• Conoscenza di BigQuery
• Conoscenza base di SQL
• Conoscenza di Google Tag Manager Server Side
• Conoscenza della lingua francese o spagnola
