Buccellati is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 1919, admired in the world for its craftsmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian 'bottega' of the Renaissance times.
The Maison's unrelenting desire to create objects of rare beauty has made Buccellati renowned in the world for a style that is distinct, inimitable and imbued with sophisticated Milanese heritage, at once glamorous and contemporary.
The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September 2019 and the Buccellati family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.
How will you make an impact?
Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to the clients.
Book private appointments for VIP clients, according to their availability and their preferred salesperson.
Organize private lunches and events for VIP clients, ensuring constant alignment with Buccellati standards and contributing to delivering a memorable experience.
Coordinate with other Buccellati boutiques around the world regarding booking and using the Piano Nobile spaces, located in Buccellati Boutique Montenapoleone Milan.
Tell stories about the Piano Nobile (i.e., ability to organize visits and guide those visits).
Follow the budget/costs of operating the Piano Nobile.
Support the administrative part of the management of Piano Nobile.
Coordinate the yearly/quarterly/monthly plan.
How will you experience success with us?
Robust customer-facing experience in a luxury environment, retail or hotellerie.
Strong customer orientation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and reprioritize according to changing client and business needs.
Proficiency in English and Italian; another language will be considered a plus.
