About this role Join our dynamic HR Team as a Payroll Specialist, playing a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services for our employees in Italy.
You'll work within a diverse and collaborative People Team spanning Europe, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
This role reports to the Payroll Manager and offers a hybrid working model, with three days a week from our Milan office and two days from home.

Payroll Manager These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Process payroll for up to 3,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, including deductions, withholdings, and bonuses.
Ensure the CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement) is properly applied to all employees (staff and riders).
Collaborate effectively with Recruitment, Operations, HR, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs for submission to our payroll provider.
Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Assist in implementing payroll-related policies and procedures.
Continuously assess payroll processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy improvements.
Manage the People Portal (ticketing system) and maintain relations with authorities (INPS, INAIL).
What will you bring to the table? Proven payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills:
approachable, respectful, and effective in building working relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables and VLookups).
Fluent in English and Italian.
Experience with payroll systems and familiarity with Italian labor laws and regulations.
A proactive team player who can take initiative and lead by example.
