La figura ricercata si occuperà dei processi per la gestione dei fornitori che servono le diverse sedi dell'azienda e sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'ottimizzazione del processo di acquisto di beni e servizi con l'obiettivo di ottenere il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo.
A diretto riporto dell'HR Director ed in collaborazione con il Responsabile dei Servizi Generali e con tutte le altre funzioni di staff, il ruolo dovrà supportare il responsabile nella preventivazione delle forniture necessarie, nell'identificazione delle esigenze e della gestione di offerte competitive.
Inoltre, il candidato/a ideale dovrà gestire l'archiviazione della contrattualistica dei fornitori e dei partner operativi, organizzare la documentazione relativa all'attività svolta.
Come Indirect Procurement ti occuperai, quindi, di:
Gestire il processo di approvvigionamento per le categorie di acquisti indiretti assegnate.
Identificare e valutare fornitori qualificati, negoziare termini e condizioni contrattuali e gestire le relazioni continue con i fornitori.
Monitorare e analizzare le performance dei fornitori per garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità e servizio.
Assicurare la conformità alle politiche aziendali e alle normative in materia di approvvigionamento.
Analizzare i dati di spesa per identificare opportunità di risparmio e miglioramento continuo dei processi.
Governare le attività amministrative, dalla presa in carico delle richieste di acquisto alla definizione dei contratti e alla verifica della correttezza della fatturazione.
Supportare nell'acquisto di tutto il materiale e/o i servizi da acquistare (cartoni, buste, carta, cancelleria, energia, telefonia, ecc….).
Supportare nell'eventuale attivazione di gare per l'approvvigionamento di beni e servizi acquistati dell'azienda.
Supportare nella gestione del parco auto aziendale delle diverse società.
Verifica accordi con società di leasing o noleggio per gestione, rinnovi o acquisti, assicurazioni, pagamenti periodici, gestione delle manutenzioni programmate e straordinarie.
