Offerta lavorativa:
al termine delle prime due settimane di corso, verrà proposto un contratto a tempo indeterminato in somministrazione e si verrà inseriti nel punto vendita di LEGNANO (MI).
Dopo circa un mese di lavoro si tornerà a Padova per concludere le ultime due settimane di formazione per poi rientrare nel punto vendita.
Quali sono gli obiettivi del corso? Lo scopo del corso è quello di far acquisire le competenze specifiche della figura di Addetto Vendita e di inserire i candidati in azienda. Gli argomenti trattati durante il corso saranno i seguenti:
basi di elettrotecnica caratteristiche linee di prodotto tecniche di vendita incontro con i fornitori sulle linee di prodotto gestionale SAP soft skills - mindset - teamwork - autoconsapevolezza customer care & customer experience; sicurezza generale.
esperienza 1 anno Sei in possesso di questi requisiti? Diploma scuola superiore o Qualifica professionale; ottime doti relazionali e comunicative; propensione alla negoziazione e alla vendita; spirito commerciale ed orientamento al cliente; proattività e voglia di mettersi in gioco.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità come Addetto Vendita Tecnico? Verrai formato ed affiancato da colleghi esperti ed inserito nel punto vendita.
In particolare dovrai:
accogliere, seguire ed informare i clienti, aiutandoli nella scelta del prodotto migliore in base alle loro esigenze; concretizzare le vendite nel reparto di competenza, in linea con le procedure aziendali, erogando i servizi presenti nel reparto collaborare con il magazzino per il refilling dei prodotti e la riorganizzazione degli stessi organizzare e sviluppare in autonomia le attività quotidiane di gestione e sistemazione del reparto di competenza; collaborare con i colleghi in ottica di raggiungimento dell'obiettivo economico.
