The Impact You'll Make in this Role: As a Clinical Content Developer (f/m/x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by: Localize US Coding and Reimbursement System (DRG Finder) for Italy.

Develop local validation rules and support the development of computer assisted coding solutions for Italy.

Work with Software engineers, clinical analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems in international teams.

Interact with customers to identify operational issues and determine customer requirements.

Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Knowledge of Medical Terminology several years of hospital INPATIENT coding or equivalent experience Ability to use coding knowledge and clinical knowledge (disease processes/procedures/anatomy) to interpret coding rules/regulations and incorporate into databases AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Fluent in English and native Italian Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Strong communication skills Optional database computer skills or programming knowledge preferred Work location: Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Milano Italy at least once per month) Travel: May include up to 5% /international Relocation Assistance: Not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1 B status).
