Sede di lavoro:
Il Ruolo Ricerchiamo un Project Manager/Capo Commessa con specializzazione in termotecnica e/o elettrotecnica con esperienza di tipo manutentivo idealmente maturata all'interno di società del settore Facility.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
Riesame generale tecnico ed economico della commessa acquisita e degli assolvimenti contrattuali;
Elaborazione del primo budget operativo desunto da quello preventivo di acquisizione e rianalisi dei costi da prevedere per i materiali e prestazioni;
Elaborazione delle RDO dei materiali e dei sub-appalti preparate secondo gli standard aziendali accompagnate dalla compilazione di disciplinari tecnici che di volta in volta ne regolano il contenuto delle richieste;
Elaborazione delle schede commerciali di riporto all'ufficio acquisti a seguito di un approfondito allineamento tecnico-prestazionale sia dei materiali e sia dei sub-appalti da attivare per l'esecuzione delle opere da idraulico, tubista, frigorista, canalista, coibentatore, gas tecnici e medicali;
Compilazione delle schede di approvazione materiali complete della relativa documentazione tecnica a supporto;
Elaborazione degli ordini e pianificazione della consegna dei materiali e delle prestazioni;
Riesami costi e ricavi con le dovute valutazioni a finire della commessa;
Gestione operativa personale dipendente (circa 15 risorse), oltre a subappaltatori esterni.
I Requisiti Perito termotecnico o elettrotecnico o edile con esperienza maturata in aziende del settore facility;
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di PM e nel settore degli impianti termotecnici e termoidraulici;
Conoscenza dei principali programmi applicativi, pacchetto Office, Autocad 2d, gestionale di contabilità industriale;
Conoscenza delle norme di legge in materia di sicurezza e gestione dei cantieri;
Applicazione del sistema integrato qualità, sicurezza e ambiente aziendale per la gestione della commessa;
Capacità di coordinamento e organizzazione, dinamicità, doti relazionali e spiccato problem solving.
