Per il sito di Santa Palomba ricerchiamo un Tecnico Manutentore Elettricista/Elettronico da inserire nel Team di Manutenzione.
Il candidato/la candidata entrerà a far parte del team di manutenzione e supporterà il proprio responsabile nell'assicurare l'ottimale funzionamento dei macchinari dedicati alla produzione di beni di largo consumo.
Fornirà il supporto tecnico e svilupperà il know how necessario ad eseguire attività di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva ed a guasto sugli impianti di produzione.
Il candidato/la candidata necessita di conoscenze approfondite di elettrotecnica, elettronica ed automazione e deve essere in grado di eseguire attività di ricerca guasto e diagnostica su diverse tipologie di processi.
Interviene su problematiche sia software che hardware inerenti all'automazione industriale, in particolar modo su:
Circuiti elettromeccanici
Controllori programmabili PLC, soprattutto famiglia Rockwell (SLC500, PLC5, Control Logix) e Siemens (S5, S7, TA portal)
Azionamenti (inverter, softstarter, controllo assi)
Sensori (Omron, Sick ecc)
Reti di comunicazione e vari protocolli (seriale, ethernet, profibus, profinet ecc)
Sistemi di visione (COGNEX)
Circuiti di sicurezza come centraline Pilz, barriere di sicurezza ecc
Cosa stiamo cercando
Diploma tecnico (preferenziale il diploma tecnico in ambito elettronico/elettrico)
Esperienza nel ruolo (minima 5 anni) o in posizioni analoghe in contesti produttivi o assimilabili di medie e grandi dimensioni
Esperienza di ricerca guasti in sistemi di produzione automatizzati con capacità di valutazione delle eventuali cause di guasto e fermata
Buona conoscenza dei principali linguaggi di programmazione strutturata (AWL, ladder, C++ ecc) per facilitare attività di ricerca guasti e diagnostica
Ottima manualità e conoscenza di strumenti e metodi di misura
Lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici e pneumatici
Conoscenza degli aspetti di sicurezza elettrica (norme di riferimento)
Stendere un report su interventi eseguiti
Capacità e Attitudini Individuali
Predisposizione al Problem Solving - approccio strutturato alla definizione e risoluzione dei problemi
Rapidità d'intervento nelle situazioni d'emergenza
Attitudine all'apprendimento e al lavoro di gruppo
Capacità di decidere in autonomia
Doti comunicative/relazionali
Disponibilità di lavoro sui 3 turni
