MilanoPer importante azienda cliente che opera nel settore della fornitura di servizi energetici ricerchiamo la figura delRESPONSABILE COMMERCIALE PMILa risorsa, in collaborazione con il Direttore Commerciale, si occuperà di mantenere e sviluppare il canale commerciale PMI, assicurando il perseguimento degli obiettivi assegnati.
Le sue responsabilità saranno le seguenti:
• Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita del segmento assegnatogli in linea con le politiche aziendali di gruppo;• Consolidare e sviluppare i volumi di vendita monitorando sia gli ingressi che le uscite commerciali del settore assegnato;• Coordinare la rete vendita diretta e indiretta; • Formulare, nel rispetto dei format aziendali, le offerte personalizzate, dedicate al cluster assegnato;• Curare le relazioni con i clienti in essere e quelli potenziali; • Aggiornare periodicamente il Direttore Commerciale in merito all'andamento del settore di competenza, raccogliendo feedback territoriali sull'andamento delle vendite; concordare ed applicare eventuali miglioramenti nella gestione e sviluppo del segmento presidiato;• Sviluppare e consolidare i rapporti con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei processi commerciali;Il profilo ideale avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:
• Ottima conoscenza del mercato di riferimento e dei clienti target, nonché della normativa specifica di settore o, in alternativa, esperienza nella vendita di prodotti e servizi nei settori telecomunicazioni o assicurazioni (prevalentemente in ambito Business).• Capacità di project management • Capacità di lettura e di analisi di un conto economico • Capacità di negoziazione avanzata• Ottima conoscenza dei pacchetti office (Excel, word, Power point).Sede di lavoro:
