Join us to make a meaningful impact on global healthcare and be part of a team dedicated to shaping the future of medical imaging.Apply now for the position of Production Manager in Colleretto Giacosa, Turin, and you will ensure the running of manufacturing operations included management of a shift team, material management, equipment management such that the manufacturing program is achieved efficiently within the framework of regulatory compliance and operating within high standards of GMP (EMA, AIFA, FDA where applicable, other), HSE, final product shipment and waste management, environmental protection and good working practices, following up and guaranteeing also CAPEX and OPEX expenses for production area.Your role:
ensure GMP compliance of manufacturing area (processes, team, equipment), following Health Authorities regulation (EMA, AIFA, FDA where applicable) and Company guidelines.You manage production staff (aid of production and technicians) including the staff planning.You support Site Manager on compliance activities and documentation on site with existing statutory and corporate standards in regulatory compliance, cGMP, Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection.You manage the re-planning in case of failure to mitigate the impact for the patient.Your expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Scientific field (e.g.
chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, biology).5+ years of experience in a high-tech production environment.
• Radiation and safety education.
• Soft skills (communication, leadership, team-working with other departments, problem solving).
