Job PurposeLa risorsa affiancherà e supporterà il responsabile ed i coordinatori in turno del Reparto Confezionamento per tutte le attività inerenti la gestione delle linee di produzione (blister, gocce e creme).

• The resource will support the department manager and shift production supervisors for all activities related to the Packaging Department line management (blister, drops and creams).
Key ResponsibilitiesGestione dei sistemi computerizzati di reparto in accordo ai requisiti di Data Integrity;Revisione ed implementazione delle procedure GMP dei reparti di produzione;Cooperazione con gli altri reparti (Manutenzione, Controllo Qualità, Assicurazione Qualità, Pianificazione e Logistica) al fine di assicurare il miglior supporto allo svolgimento delle attività attraverso la risoluzione di problematiche in corso;Gestione e supporto dell'organizzazione del Reparto al fine di conseguire gli standard qualitativi e quantitativi richiesti.
• Management of departmental computer systems in accordance with Data Integrity requirements;Review and implementation of the GMP procedures of the production departments;Cooperation with other departments (Maintenance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Planning and Logistics) in order to ensure the best support for carrying out activities through the resolution of ongoing problems;Managing and supporting the organization of the Department in order to achieve the required quality and quantity standards.
Technical CompetenciesPadronanza nella gestione della documentazione relativa ai processi produttivi;Conoscenza consolidata delle norme GMP, delle procedure di vestizione, di processo e delle regole relative alla data integrity;Competenze relative ai principi di Lean Manufacturing;Esperienza pregressa nel monitoraggio e applicazione delle corrette pratiche HSE;Capacità ed esperienza nella gestione del personale di produzione.
• Knowledge in managing documentation related to production processes;Well-established knowledge of GMP standards, dressing procedures, process and rules related to data integrity;Skills related to Lean Manufacturing principles;Prior experience in monitoring and enforcing proper HSE practices;Ability and experience in managing production personnel.
Required LanguagesOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
