Summary:
For our Group Company Renantis Solutions, which is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment, we are looking for a Senior Professional willing to join as Head of Operations.
In this role, you will lead the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and O&M teams of small and medium-sized PV plants located in Italy.

Within Renantis Solutions, part of a fast-growing company where everyday new challenges and growth opportunities take place, we expect our new colleague to deal with the following responsibilities:

Project management from RTB projects to the turn-key handover of small and mid-scale PV plants in Italy (Rooftop and ground-mounted).
Coordinate project preparation including technical design, subcontracting, procurement, and time scheduling.
Ensure that the Design Department guarantees the correct, cost-effective, and on-time Design deliver Packages for all Projects (both in Development and in Construction stages), coordinating both internal and external resources.
Apply the right strategies and actions in order for the Procurement Area to deliver correctly all materials, services, and contracting activities.
Participate in market surveys activities following the renewable market in the company's target countries/areas.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Support Business Development in cost analysis.
Manage an efficient project roll-out according to defined schedule, cost control, and quality control, operating with internal and external contractors and in charge of risk analysis.
Coordinate the O&M team in charge of O&M activity for all small size power plants based in Italy, managing the PV portfolio belonging to Renantis Solutions:
plans and coordinates maintenance operations (preventive, curative) as well as asset management.
A great attention to sustainability will be required during all development activities.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experienced in Project Management.
10 years of working experience and at least 5 years in similar roles.
Understanding of project risks and mitigants.
Good knowledge of maintenance processes.
Outstanding knowledge of Grid connection procedures and works as well as plant's commissioning.
Team management experience.
Very good knowledge of HSE requirements and strong approach to HSE practices.
English Fluent.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Attention to details and quality of delivered service.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
