fornitura di servizi energetici ricerchiamo un/aAREA MANAGER NORD OVEST DIVISIONE INDUSTRIALELa
risorsa, in collaborazione con il Responsabile di canale, coordinerà le risorse
dedicate nel territorio assegnato, e avrà la responsabilità di garantire il
raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Gruppo. La
mansione prevede le seguenti responsabilità: • Conoscere gli obiettivi e le politiche
aziendali di gruppo, e raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita nell'area di
competenza; •
Gestire le risorse assegnate (valutazione performance, incentivazione,
motivazione, etc.); •
Curare le relazioni con i clienti in essere e con i clienti potenziali; •
Formulare, nel rispetto dei format aziendali, le offerte personalizzate,
dedicate al cluster assegnato; •
Aggiornare periodicamente il responsabile di canale in merito all'andamento del
settore di competenza, raccogliendo feedback territoriali sull'andamento delle
vendite; concordare ed applicare eventuali miglioramenti nella gestione e
sviluppo del segmento presidiato.Il
profilo ideale avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:-
Diploma, preferibilmente di natura tecnica o
commerciale -
Esperienza di almeno 4 anni preferibilmente
nel settore energetico o in alternativa nei settori telecomunicazioni o
assicurazioni, nella vendita di prodotti e servizi.Inquadramento
e retribuzione in base alle esperienze maturate e comunque composta da fisso +
variabile + auto full timeSede
di lavoro: Milano con frequenti trasferte nel Nord Ovest Italia
