All about the job:

The Global Technology and Labs is a global team (290+ employees) based in 4 different continents (Europe, Asia, North & South America) responsible to drive, at global level, the definition and the deployment of the technology roadmap for the following domains related to Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers:

• Digital & Power Electronic
• Electric components and mechatronics systems
• Human machine interface solutions
• Control Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence
• Washing and Drying Product functionalities

Within this complex organization, the Digital & Program Office is growing and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.

In this role you will act as a reference between the Technology & Laboratories, Architectures, and other functions.

In detail you will:

• Create and maintain the 'Global Tech&Lab Planning' in accordance with Generation Plan, Cost & Quality and Technologic Road Map.
• Synchronize and link the Tech&labs departments plans into single plan.
• Monitor status of activities, follow-up necessary updates, manage the escalation in case of necessity.
• Support the identification and solution of the critical points of planned projects.
• Guarantee the alignment of projects between R&D teams.
• Guarantee Check Point material availability and presence.
• Monitor the overall project/activity status within Tech&Labs organization.
• Responsible for project planning with respect of:
• Testing Capabilities optimization.
• Standardization of timeframe and resources/ type of test (Standard Time).
• Prototype optimization, planning along projects and life management.

Who you are:

• Engineering degree or technical diploma.
• You are goal oriented but you never forget to be a team player.
• Flexibility is in your DNA.
• You have the sensibility for a 360 view on projects.
• Microsoft Projects know-how (must have).
• English language.

The position is based in our Porcia (PN) Plant, where you will find our R&D for Care organization.
