IT SPECIALIST
La risorsa rispondendo al Responsabile Information Technologies si occuperà di:
• Gestione e manutenzione delle reti e dei sistemi aziendali
• Assistenza tecnica agli utenti interni su hardware e software
• Fornire supporto tecnico, risolvendo problemi e rispondendo a domande tecniche
• Monitoraggio delle prestazioni dei sistemi e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche
• Implementazione di nuove tecnologie e aggiornamenti di sistema
• Collaborazione con IT Manager per implementazione dell'infrastruttura esistente
• Elaborazione della documentazione delle procedure e delle configurazioni di sistema
Per questa posizione cerchiamo un/una laureato/a o diplomato/a preferibilmente in discipline informatiche o tecniche con:
• Esperienza minima di 2-4 anni in ruoli simili;
• Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi operativi Windows e Linux;
• Competenze in gestione di reti (LAN/WAN), firewall e VPN. Esperienza con virtualizzazione (VMware, Hyper-V);
• Capacità di risoluzione dei problemi e ottime doti comunicative;
• Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di gestione del tempo;
• Preferenze: Certificazioni IT (es. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft);
• Esperienza con sistemi di monitoraggio (es.Nagios, Zabbix);
• Familiarità con ambienti cloud (es. AWS, Azure).
