RESPONSABILE FORMAZIONE TECNICA CLIENTI
Il/La candidato/a si dovrà occupare di organizzare corsi di formazione ai Clienti e personale interno sui prodotti e le relative caratteristiche, compresi tools informatici per il disegno/progettazione/personalizzazione
Nello specifico:
• Organizzazione sessioni di formazione con i clienti, su territorio nazionale, internazionale ed online, scegliendo di volta in volta le modalità formative più adatte.
• Organizzazione delle visite dei clienti in sede o direttamente presso i punti vendita, coordinandosi con le altre funzioni aziendali e, se necessario, allineandosi con l'area commerciale.
• Progettazione delle sessioni di formazione, raccogliendo e preparando i materiali utilizzati in aula.
• Erogazione in prima persona della formazione, presentando i prodotti e spiegandone le caratteristiche tecniche. Forma inoltre clienti e dipendenti interni sull'utilizzo del software di progettazione dedicato.
• Gestisce gruppi di persone durante le visite alla sala mostre e durante le sessioni di formazione, mantenendone l'attenzione e promuovendo valori ed immagine aziendale
Per questa figura cerchiamo un/a diplomato/a o laureato/a con buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e di sw di progettazione 3D
Completano il profilo doti relazionali, di comunicazione, organizzazione e problem solving.
E' richiesta la disponibilità a trasferte nazionali ed internazionali anche per più giorni
