The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Educational Content & Marketing Manager with a strong educational background to position Twinkl as the leading expert in education resource provision in Italy. You'll be well-connected in the education sector, passionate about supporting educators, and adept at leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Leadership and Market Understanding:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the education landscape and the evolving needs of educators and learners.
Forge strong relationships with decision-makers and educators across the country.
Conduct comprehensive market research and gather insights into the local education sector.
Lead the development of resources designed for educators' specific careers.
Motivate and encourage innovation within the team.
Identify new opportunities and drive Twinkl's growth forward.
Marketing and Brand Awareness:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Build relationships with local organisations to broaden our brand's reach.
Highlight Twinkl's products to align with educators' needs.
Analyse marketing data to assess campaign success.
Business Growth and Performance:
Achieve revenue targets and new customer acquisition goals.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities.
Provide regular reporting on market performance.
