Il collaboratore si occupa di:
Essere il punto di riferimento di famiglie e clienti, fornendo consulenza ed assistenza nella scelta di finanziamenti (Mutui, Prestiti, Cessioni del Quinto) e polizze assicurative, più adatte alle proprie esigenze, costruendo una soluzione su misura per le singole situazioni;
Gestire il pacchetto clienti e avere possibilità di sviluppare una propria rete di contatti sul territorio;
Gestire i rapporti con i più importanti istituti creditizi e assicurativi del territorio nazionale.
La nostra offerta prevede:
Percorso di formazione tecnica, finalizzato all'iscrizione all'OAM e IVASS e percorso di formazione commerciale per apprendere le basi della professione;
Affiancamento sul campo di un Tutor esperto fino al raggiungimento della completa autonomia professionale;
Contratto di collaborazione a Partita iva con opportunità di un fisso mensile + provvigioni;
Percorso di carriera personalizzato e incentivazioni economiche ai massimi livelli di mercato, il tutto all'interno di gruppo di lavoro dinamico e motivato all'inserimento di persone da far crescere nella professione;
Mobilità sul territorio assegnato.
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma di maturità / Laurea;
Capacità comunicative e relazionali;
Flessibilità e adattabilità;
Aspirazione alla crescita professionale;
Patente di guida.
Gli uffici Kiron Partner sono presenti a Cosenza, Catanzaro, Reggio Calabria, Catania, Messina, Palermo, Ragusa, Trapani e Siracusa.
